"Outside Bodies" shall be as follows 「合資格團體」如下: 

1. Any school as defined in s.3(1) of the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279); any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation
   在《教育條例》(第279章)下註冊的學校;
2. Any non-governmental organization that is receiving recurrent subvention from the Social Welfare Department
   獲社會福利署津助的非政府機構;
3. Any “national sports association” which is affiliated to its respective International Federation and is a member of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China
   獲中國香港體育協會暨奧林匹克委員會和相關國際體育聯會認可的本港體育總會;
4. Any uniformed group and youth organization that is receiving recurrent subvention from the Home Affairs Bureau; and 獲民政事務局津助的制服及青年團體
5. Any Government department 政府部門.

2. Booking Procedures for Normal Booking/一般的預訂程序

Applicants must submit the completed application forms in person to the Club Reception at least 3 days before the date of use of the facilities. No telephone or online booking service is available. The applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis./本會只接受最少3天前親臨本會接待處辦理的設施預訂。不提供電話或網上預訂設施服務。所有申請均按先到先得的原則進行。

3. Booking Procedures for “Priority” Booking/優先預訂的
     程序

Applicants must submit the completed application forms in person to the Club at least 3 days before the date of use of the facilities.  (Members of KBGC are required to submit their application forms maximum 3 days before the date of use of the facilities).  The applicants will be processed according to the priority of applicant, i.e. outside bodies shall have priority over the use of facilities.  If more than one application for the same session from outside bodies are received, the applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis./本會只接受最少3天前親臨本會接待處辦理的設施預訂(本會會員必須最多3天前遞交設施申請表格)。本會將根據申請人的優先次序處理有關的設施申請，合資格團體將獲優先使用。如有多個合資格團體申請使用相同日期及時間的設施，本會將按先到先得的原則進行處理。

4. Processing Time/ 處理時間

Applicants will be informed of their application results upon receipt of the completed application forms./當收到填妥的設施申請表格時，本會將會告知申請人有關的申請結果。

5. Method of Payment/ 付款方法

Payment can be made by cash. No amendment or refund will be accepted for any confirmed booking./ 只接受現金。一經確定，恕不接受修改或退還已支付之款項。

6.Terms and Conditions of Using the Facilities/ 使用設施的
     條款及條件

• Outside bodies are required to register at the Club Reception 10 minutes prior to the booking time./ 合資格的團體須於預訂時間10分鐘前抵達本會接待處登記。
• Children aged below 12 are required to be accompanied by adults while using the club facilities./ 12歲以下參與活動的兒童必須由成人陪同。
• No commercial events or courses are allowed in the clubhouse./ 會所內不可以進行任何商業活動。
• In the case of inclement weather all outdoor facilities will be temporarily closed when the following warnings are issued. Red rain storm warning, black rain storm warning, thunderstorm warning and typhoon signal No. 3 or above./ 惡劣天氣情況下，例如:黑色暴雨、雷暴警告、3號或以上的颱風訊號，本會所有室外設施將暫停服務。
• Clubhouse will be temporarily closed immediately when the No.8 or above typhoon signal is hoisted. All functions on the day will be cancelled. Outside bodies should bring their booking receipts for re-arrangement at the Club Reception within 7 days. / 8號或以上颱風訊號懸掛時，本會所有設施將暫停服務。合資格的團體須於7日內帶同有效的收據辦理設施改期手續。
• Commercial photo shooting and recording is not allowed in the clubhouse.  Smoking is only allowed in some designated areas./ 會所内不可拍攝及錄影。只限在指定吸煙區內吸煙。

Terms & Conditions of using the lawn bowls green/ 使用草地滾球場的條款及條件:

Smooth-soled, heel-less shoes are strictly the only type of footwear permitted to be worn by anyone walking on the bowling greens./ 必須穿著平底及沒有坑紋的球鞋。

No children under the age of 16 years may use the lawn bowls green unless they are playing with an adult./ 16歲或以下之小童必須在成人陪同下方可使用草地滾球場。

Terms & Conditions of using the tennis court/ 使用網球場的條款及條件:

1. Recognised tennis attire and flat, rubber-soled heel-less shoes shall be worn on the court.  Black-soled shoes are not permitted./ 必須穿著平底及膠底的球鞋。禁止穿著黑色底的球鞋。
2. No food, drinks, or smoking is allowed on the tennis court./ 網球場內嚴禁飲食及抽煙。

Terms & Conditions of using the swimming rool/ 使用泳池的條款及條件:

• People wearing bathing costumes are not permitted to enter any part of the Club premises other than the pool area and the changing rooms./ 穿著泳裝的人士只限進出泳池範圍，請勿穿著泳裝進出其他會所範圍。
• No one may dress or undress in the pool area./ 請勿在泳池範圍脫去或更換衣服。
• Persons suffering from skin complaints or other communicable diseases must not enter the water.  Spitting is strictly forbidden./皮膚病或其他傳染病人士不得使用泳池設施。嚴禁隨地吐痰。
• Bottles or glassware of any kind are not to be used in the pool environs./ 不可以攜帶任何形式的玻璃器皿進入泳池範圍。
• Coins or other foreign objects may not be thrown into the pool./ 不可以把硬幣或其他異物扔進泳池。
• Water polo or any other ball game may not be played in the pool, unless for a specific event or occasion approved by the General Committee.  Running, chasing, pushing, splash bombing or general “horse-play” is forbidden in the pool area./除非獲得執行委員會事前批准，否則禁止在泳池範圍進行水球或任何球類活動。請勿在泳池範圍奔跑、追逐、推撞、猛烈飛濺水花或大聲吵鬧及喧嘩。
• Apart from aids essential for official swimming lessons organized by the Club only recognized swimming aids such as arm-bands will be allowed in the pool.  Flippers, balls, floating boards, snorkels, facemasks or goggles (other than plastic safety ones) are forbidden./除了會所舉辦游泳課程需要使用之游泳輔助工具及游泳臂套外，禁止使用腳蹼、球類、浮板、潛水呼吸管、口罩或護目鏡（塑料安全護目鏡除外）。
• Children or infants who cannot dress themselves may be accompanied by their parents into the appropriate men’s or ladies’ changing rooms./需由父母照顧穿衣的兒童或幼兒，可隨父或母到男或女更衣室。
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the changing rooms./ 更衣室禁止飲食。
• The Club will not accept any responsibility for any damage to or loss of clothing or valuables from the changing rooms or pool area./本會不會負責更衣室或泳池範圍的任何衣服或財物的損失。
• The Club will not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injury, howsoever caused, and suffered by any person either in the pool or the pool area./本會將不負責泳池範圍內的任何意外或受傷。
